This is my morning....

We had our first real serious winter blast through the night, complements of Lake Erie. It is 21 degrees out... winter seems to have come early this year.

We have a heater in the pond, it comes on when the water gets to 32 degrees. The gold fish and plants won't freeze and can survive the winter. It also gives the birds a place to get their water.

The mourning dove is resting in the wisteria. I had three of them in there just before I took the picture.
