This is a "little" delicacy around this area. We call them gobs. Devilfoods cake made into a sort of cookie with buttercream frosting stuffed between two. I can make them, they are a lot of work. We make them for fund raising at church, and you can buy them at most stores.
This baby is a huge gob. The hospital coffee shop sells them, and they are made daily by a local lady. These are the best gobs I have tasted. In case you've noticed....I finger licked the frosting that was coming off the sides.... We been at the hospital most of the week as my dad had hip replacement surgery on Wednesday.
Tonight I shall enjoy it while I watch the political debate. Hopefully it will make it more interesting or what they say easier to swallow.
