At 9:30 AM we are at 7Below outside (lower right corner of photo)....so I shall Praise God and bask in the warmth of a good furnance. Today is an inside day,not going out for nothing. All of the schools are canceled today since the wind chills are so severe (25 below). This is not the coldest it has been here, in 1996 the air temp was 25below and Governor shut the whold state down!!!
