The thermostats are turned back...
The inside of the house is the same temp as the outside...and no gas or wood is being used! Windows are open, the winter stale-lies are being blown out!!!
This is my big question..... why does 68 degrees in the house eqate to heavy sweaters and wooly socks, but if it is the outside temp we practically disrobe?

Psychological, I think. When you're outdoors it's okay to feel a little chill because you know soon you'll be back indoors, and nice and toasty. Whereas indoors, well... it's supposed to be nice and toasty.
