Ok...it's obvious by now I'm a flower lady...and a gardener. I can spend all day taking pictures of all the plants and flowers coming up.( and since gas has gotten to be so ridiculos in price, I'm home more therefore you all will see a good deal of flower pictures......) When we moved to our home it was a wooded lot in the middle of the woods. We tried to keep things a natural as possible. Here in western Pennslyvania that includes making friends with the bazillion rocks in the ground. ( these are very special rocks, as they So we just landscape with them. One of the plants from the woods that I kept and planted around the house are the wild violets. I just love these little guys..and they are purple, my favorite color. So right now, since they like to volunteer, violets are all over, even in the grass.
