My Bible Study class meets tomorrow, Valentine's Day. I took a poll and no one gave up chocolate. So this is for my ladies...and our chocoholic pastor....Dutch Fudge Cake and Icing. The cake is ever so carefully cut in half ( I used a bundt pan), and the frosting is in the center. Then it is artfully sprinkled with powdered sugar. I made one like this over the weekend for the neighbors who so kindly cleaned our driveway out during the surprise snowstorm. I usually make 3 cakes a year... so far I have made 4... The 5th is the special one for the husband tomorrow.
