This was on the counter of all you can eat Chinese restuarant.
You just have to put one little finger tip on it.......
sort of like spitting on your brother's ice cream.....
And it begs the question....why? The Budda fountain is sort of interesting...

Someone should tell these people that putting a 'Forbidden' sign on anything whatsoever only serves to make it so much more desirable :-)
