3 months ago...

The very first day that we got Mums, we bought her a kitty house. She would have nothing to do with. Over the 4th of July weekend with all of our company, Mums "discovered" it... right where it had be sitting all along. Since then it has become here "hidey hole" and nap center. I just love the way a cat makes everything their's.... when they are good and ready. The other new nap spot is the top of the chair. I go looking for her, and find her perched up here.... she sort of blends in and I don't always notice her right away. We are having a few issues with the spot though. She has found that the lovely bridge pictures are cloth and her claws can be stretched on it. (The bridge pictures were framed by my Dad in 1968 from calendars and are not a scratching post!!!!!!)
Mums has been with us 3 months today...we have been blessed.
