We can tell it's December just by the sound. We had one of those December wind storms last night (luckily no snow!). The house creaks, the chimney thunders and whistles. Mums, our cat, is finding all of this noise not to her likening. It's hard to get a good nap with all of the sounds!!! We also have to play "Let's Find the Wreath" as some will blow themselves off our windows.
The wind was strong enough that it blew over our wood pile!!! The wood is stacked in small sections between trees. All that stacking work was for nought!!! Also I am impressed by what ever gust of wind was able to knock this section down.
