One of my favorite events

My little town celebrates it's Victorian Era by holding a weekend festival called "Dicken's of a Christmas".   There are a lot of activities, craft shows, and a Christmas Parade.  This year we had snow before, during, and after the parade.

My church participates by having a Navtivity Festival.   Members bring in their family Navities and we set them up in the sanctuary.   The amazing part is we manage to do the set up in about 45 minutes after our church service!!!    It is a lovely event.   What is amazing is we have never had any duplicate Navities.   In all the hoopla of the season is nice to enjoy the Reason for the Season.... celebrating the birth of Christ.
