The heat/humidity wave broke last night with some storms and rain. Today was perfect, no humidity, in the 70's. A day that makes one forget about winter.
For me the simple pleasures of life can't beat curtains drying on a line. The fresh smell will come in with them tonight. They are all bright and pretty again...the grime of winter from a fireplace takes it toll, but keeps the gas bill down.
My favorite is line dried sheets and crawling into that fresh smell of the mountain air.
