One thing we have a lot of here...

is rocks.... Rocks of all sizes. These babies were in the ground when we excavated. Rather than pay to have someone haul them away, we have used them and many others with our landscaping. Of course there are many like them still in the ground, which we find when we are trying to dig a hole. Rock wins everytime...

These became a rock border.

The others just mark the corner. The big one is starting to fall over. It's a monster to straighten, we've done it once.

I have "discovered" that rocks multiply like rabbits during our winter. Our front flower bed was dug out and a good 18" of soil was put in. Yet...every year I manage to get pile of new rocks out of it. I feel like "Charlie Brown" at Halloween.... "I got a rock".

I have chuckled to myself with regards to a new homebuilder in the neighborhood. He is doing all of his landscaping and is using fake rocks... yep, the resin kind you can pickup and walk around with. All of them look the same, and they are pricey. Of course the landscaping is Martha Stewart perfect...but plastic rocks???

Hi--I'm trying to use my imagination, so in my mind I've placed rocks from Devil's Den in your garden. Help me out here....
