We fought him and his buddies all summer. Then they sort of disappeared for a while. Now Chip is back and taking up residence under the stoop going into the laundry room. We have had everything live under there....groundhogs, snakes, and chippies. The Good Husband has tried everything to discourage boarders. He has stuffed rocks under there, added a few cans of spray insulation ( which now probably makes the place quite cozy with a lovely butter yellow walls....) and more rocks. I suspect there is a whole town under there....complete with a ChipMart, restaurants, NutHouse, you name it.
